At BTL we invest heavily in Research & Development (R&D) to gain deeper insights and knowledge in the industries and sectors we play in. The knowledge and insights so gained is leveraged in creating solutions that tackle key pain points of our target markets.
It is hoped that, through R&D, we will find the best sustainable and commercially viable solutions to market needs. This will involve the integration of our competences in other disciplines, such as data science, artificial intelligence, software engineering and marketing & sales. Once a promising idea emerges from our R&D efforts, it is piped through the Baseline Innovation Labs (i.e. BTL Inno Labs) where a team with relevant multidisciplinary skills sets can pour over it to create viable prototypes for testing in the market.
