The BTL team is privileged to have worked with the Office of Head of Civil Service (OHCS), Accra to deploy this innovative tool that helps the organisation keep track of all its official correspondences with various stakeholders. The system allows Front Desk personnel capture minutes written on documents and save them electronically.
The system hopes to help deal with cases of missing correspondences and difficulty in location current location of documents as the move round various divisions of OHCS.
